About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and well-presented HR, Sales & Admin Intern to support our  Co-Work Space operations. The ideal candidate should have prior exposure or interest in managing rental or co-working spaces, with strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills. This role involves handling front office operations, client interactions, and administrative responsibilities, offering practical experience in HR, Sales, and Facility Management within a professional workspace environment.


Key Responsibilities

Front Office & Client Interaction

  • Greet and assist clients, visitors, and vendors with professionalism and courtesy.

  • Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and emails related to workspace bookings or support.

  • Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area and common spaces.

HR, Sales & Administrative Support

  • Assist in employee onboarding, attendance tracking, and record maintenance.

  • Support HR functions such as recruitment coordination and documentation.

  • Help organize internal events, meetings, and workspace activities.

  • Maintain office supplies, coordinate with vendors, and ensure smooth daily operations.

Workspace Operations ( Co-work Space Management)

  • Assist in managing seat allocation, workspace utilization, and daily coworking operations.

  • Coordinate with clients regarding workspace requirements, renewals, or facility concerns.

  • Support billing, documentation, and client record management.

  • Contribute to enhancing client experience and maintaining service quality standards.

  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure efficient management of rental office spaces.


Skills & Qualifications

  • Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Prior exposure or keen interest in rental/co-working space management preferred.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills – both verbal and written.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service-oriented mindset.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

  • Well-groomed, punctual, and professional in approach.

The opportunity

This role in the global Mercury Support Team will give you the opportunity to make a difference by leading Mercury learning projects and applying evidence-based standards to design new and improve existing Mercury learning content. EY associates across the globe will benefit from the Mercury learning content and reference guides you design and enhance.

Your key responsibilities

  • Follow EYs evidence-based learning design processes to design new materials (aligned with major Mercury enhancements) and re-design existing materials that comprise the global Mercury learning curriculum
  • Apply a performance-focused approach to instructional design, identifying root causes of performance gaps and recommending the most effective learning or non-learning interventions
  • Assessing the impact of Mercury training programs and materials on users performance and adjusting to improve effectiveness.
  • Maintaining and updating training materials, ensuring they are relevant, accurate, and aligned with organizational goals.
  • Conduct instructional design quality reviews on new and existing learning solutions using the EY Design Quality Checklist
  • Ensure written quality of learning content and proof-read learning materials to ensure consistency
  • Collaborate closely with developers to ensure finished materials are authored as specified
  • Research emerging learning technologies and provide guidance on how to implement within the Mercury learning curriculum

  • Experience using learning science and evidence-based design standards and practices to ensure that the Mercury learning content is of the highest quality and has the desired business impact
  • A keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to use learning technology and tools, desktop applications, and relevant knowledge tools
  • Willingness to be part of a global team, including working alternative hours when required
  • Ideally, youll also have demonstrable experience with:
  • Designing eLearning that aligns with digital accessibility guidelines
  • Using tools like Articulate 360, Camtasia, digital adoption platforms and Gen AI, or similar course authoring software
  • Design and produce high-quality instructional videos using Adobe Creative Suite tools (After Effects)
