We are seeking a dynamic and well-presented HR, Sales & Admin Intern to support our Co-Work Space operations. The ideal candidate should have prior exposure or interest in managing rental or co-working spaces, with strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills. This role involves handling front office operations, client interactions, and administrative responsibilities, offering practical experience in HR, Sales, and Facility Management within a professional workspace environment.
Greet and assist clients, visitors, and vendors with professionalism and courtesy.
Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and emails related to workspace bookings or support.
Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area and common spaces.
Assist in employee onboarding, attendance tracking, and record maintenance.
Support HR functions such as recruitment coordination and documentation.
Help organize internal events, meetings, and workspace activities.
Maintain office supplies, coordinate with vendors, and ensure smooth daily operations.
Assist in managing seat allocation, workspace utilization, and daily coworking operations.
Coordinate with clients regarding workspace requirements, renewals, or facility concerns.
Support billing, documentation, and client record management.
Contribute to enhancing client experience and maintaining service quality standards.
Work closely with the operations team to ensure efficient management of rental office spaces.
Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Prior exposure or keen interest in rental/co-working space management preferred.
Excellent communication and presentation skills – both verbal and written.
Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Well-groomed, punctual, and professional in approach.
Hands-on experience in HR operations, front office management, and co-working space administration.
