About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Personal/Executive Assistant to support daily activities, coordinate work schedules, and manage communication across multiple tasks and teams. This role requires strong multilingual communication (Hindi, Telugu, and English), attention to detail, and the ability to manage responsibilities independently while maintaining high professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and ensure smooth functioning of daily activities.
Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings; send reminders and follow-ups.
Handle communication across Hindi, Telugu, and English as required.
Support in planning, organizing, and executing tasks and assignments.
Assist in managing remote teams, vendors, and external partners.
Prepare basic reports, maintain records, and track pending tasks.
Manage email correspondence, phone calls, and documentation.
Follow up on important tasks and ensure deadlines are met.

Requirements
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
Excellent communication skills in Hindi, Telugu, and English (spoken and written).
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and basic digital tools.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability.
Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and handle sensitive information.

Preferred Qualities
Experience supporting executives or founders.
Strong follow-up discipline and problem-solving mindset.
Ability to adapt quickly and prioritise tasks effectively.
