| Job Brief |
We are hiring for a US mortgage Tax Calling process, which is a semi voice process. Local governments in the United States impose a property tax. This tax may be imposed on real estate or personal property. The job of the associate is to understand the tax values of the property and report that back in the form of a template to the client. The Associate is required to email and/or call after accumulating tax data by understanding/calculating delinquent amount, assess tax requirement and initiate mailaways as & when required. |
| Roles and Responsibilities |
• Contact tax assessor’s/collector’s office to obtain real estate property tax information;
• Once the information is obtained, the same needs to be entered into the system.
• Ability to deliver 35 completed tax certs/day
• Manage the pipeline on a daily basis
• Make entries of orders according to criticality and deliver according to the defined TAT
•Ensure team ramp up is according to the plan committed
•Perform end to end risk analysis of a loan file
•Meet daily targets & all SLAs as communicated
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management |
| Requirements |
• Graduate in any discipline
• Relevant experience of 1 to 2 years
• Should be able to understand delinquent amount, assess tax requirement, and initiate Mail aways
• Required typing speed of minimum 30 WPM with 90% accuracy
• Attention to detail, high level of accuracy, and ability to review self-created work.
• MS Office & Analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and problem-solving skills.
• Should be flexible with both day & nightshift
• Team player, Adaptable to change, and ability to positively channelize pressure. |
